Youth Empowerment Association opens a call for 3 youth workers for the Erasmus+ training course “MediAware” taking place in Kolin, Czech Republic from 4th to 12th of August 2023.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT:
1. To understand and recognise factors (such as stereotypes, biases, fallacies, algorithms…) influencing media messages.
2. To recognise several manipulative techniques and reveal disinformation.
3. To be aware of positive and negative aspects of traditional media and social media.
4. To establish healthier relationship with digital technologies and to adapt strategies for digital well-being.
5. To design and develop educational activities supporting media, information and digital literacies.
All expenses during the project (accommodation, food, workshops) are covered by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 275€. For any additional questions contact us at info@yea.mk.
