Youth Empowerment Association opens a call for 7 participants for the youth exchange “Iron Ladies” taking place in Kirikkale, Turkiye from 24th to 30th of July 2022.
The importance of this right gained by enabling women to learn more about the processes of taking part in the management of women and to raise awareness about the social benefits it provides, to make the participants aware of the value given to women in Turkish politics and to realize that this right is given to women before other European countries. to examine why women’s participation in Turkish politics is low and to develop a solution to increase this ratio, to realize that personality is more effective on managerial than gender, to motivate women to be successful in politics by drawing attention to the fact that women’s management skills are actually in family management, and to encourage women to take an active role in this field.
All expenses during the project (accommodation, food, workshops) are covered by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 275€. For any additional questions contact us at info@yea.mk.
