Youth Empowerment Association opens a call for 3 Macedonians for the mobility for the Erasmus+ project “Youth Worker in Debate” taking place in Turin, Italy from 24th to 30th of November 2019.
“Youth worker in debate – YWID” is a Erasmus+ KA2 Strategic partnership project in the field of exchanging good practices in the youth sector. This project will promote methods that can contribute to the improvement of the quality of youth work through the debate methodology and the empowerment of young people to become active citizens by developing their critical thinking and using various non-formal tools.
YWID is divided in 3 different phases:
– First phase includes training activities on debate methodology for youth workers that will start through a joint training activity in Italy;
– Second phase involves the realization of a path approach to the debate methodology for a group of 16 young people in all three partner countries separately, at their local level. This part will last about 12 months and will be managed, through realization of three supported workshops for the usage of Google classrooms, from youth workers who have taken part in the first phase of the activity and the joint training activity staff;
– Finally, during the third phase, at the end of the training course for the workshops, the youngsters and the youth workers will take part in the final blended mobility in Greece during which different activities will be organized. During this phase, the participants will be invited to elaborate proposals on immigration to be presented to the local authorities of each individual country.
All expenses during the project are covered by the Erasmus+ programme (accommodation, food). For any additional questions contact us at info@yea.mk.
